Chrism Curls was created by Tony Jolivette Jr.; he became a hair enthusiast during his time as a Navy Sailor. Tony discovered his passion for hair care while conforming to restrictive military hair regulations. Determined to grow his hair and stay within guidelines, he persevered. He experimented with regimens, ingredients, and cosmetic products to achieve the best results during that time. Tony fulfilled his objective with faith, patience, and countless hours of research.
