RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All returns for your natural hair products will be handled case by case. Regardless of the situation, all returned items must remain in new and unused condition with all original seals and labels intact.

If you request a return due to our mistake, i.e., we mailed the wrong product, Chrism Curls will cover the return shipping cost and/or offer a full refund.
In the situation that you are requesting a return due to your own mistake, ie. If you ordered the wrong item or wish to return it for a refund or exchange it for another item, the customer (you) will cover the return shipping cost.
After receiving the return, we will inspect the condition and process the return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from when we receive the item to process your request. We will notify you by email when everything is processed.
